Weather logs available?

Are there any sources of weather info compiled and available to peruse,either electronically or in print?Specifically I would like to do a statistical analysis of time periods likely to present a blue norther blowing from Galveston area to Yucatan. I been hearing fall and spring but doing a little homework ,if possible,can''t hurt.....
