Thousand Islands Renting

I've been racing for a long time, but never had a chance to do some longer sails. We're thinking of sailing the Thousand Islands for a week. Can anyone give me some information on sailing there? Especially on anchoring rules for the region. I'm interested in a charter company called Kingston Sailing Charters. Has anyone heard of them?
