ssb emergency calling frequencies

hi there, i have not been offshore for quite a while, and so forgot the frequencies to use when making emergency calls on the ssb radio. can anyone prompt me please? many thanks!

Don't forget the DSC 2187.5 kHz
I think there are a few others as well; Spectrum Management and Telecommunications - RBR-2 - Technical Requirements for the Operation of Mobile Stations in the Maritime Service
Do a quick find on "distress" and you'll come up with a number of other frequencies that you may use.
