Just had my boat trucked to Florida.
I''ll be sailing off of Ft Pierce.
Just wondering if there is a website that reviews the rules for going out of and back into US waters.
I''ve searched the USCG site but didn''t find anything.

It''s a customs, immigration, and agriculture issue, not coast guard. The answer depends on where you are going to or coming back here from. Although the coast guard has the right to board you for any reason at any time.
