Hello again everyone. Just thought I'd let my old friends know we cast off last Monday for points south (eventually). Have to go north around Michigan to Chicago due to the closure of the Erie canal.

To carry or not to carry, that is the question.

We're hoping to find several others to share trucking costs for the mast. If not, we're not sure what we'll decide. We have several weeks...

We're turning the corner at Mackinaw City tomorrow morning & FINALLY heading south...down Lake Michigan. Looking to make a 36 hour run to Holland. Should be good weather, altho 40's overnight!
