I've been from Kemah to Annapolis, though not in one trip. Length of the trip though will depend on how much off shore sailing you do, for the most part. If you have the crew to just go pretty much non-stop, motoring when necessary, I'd allow 3 weeks, but if you're going this fall, you could run into some weather difficulties for off shore work. If you have to stay inside most of the time, I'd allow 6 weeks. These are conservative estimates, that factor in the unexpected. If you have to be there by a certain date, wouldn't hurt to have 2 months to do the trip, just to err on the side of caution.
