Are there any marinas that allow liveaboards in the close vicinity (daily comuting distance) of Anacortes, WA?

Here are all the marina's around Anacortes marina's Anacortes, Wa - Google Maps
You could give them a call. Also you could try down the Swimomish Channel in La Conner.

If you want to go a bit farther south, Everett has some live aboards also, Not sure about north as in Bellingham or not.

Anacortas does yes but Oak Harbor just about 15 minutes from there is cheaper
