How to find a cat?

The aim is not to stir a monohull vs catamaran discussion, even if my girl would need some convincing arguments.

Rather, as a couple we aim to buy our own boat soon but first we aim to rent one for about 5 months (June to October) this summer in or near the Mediterranean. Understandably this is not a normal charter situation.

We have a few monohull options already but I would very much prefer a catamaran. How do we get to rent a cat for such a long time?

Your screen name suggests you are sailors. If so, why rent, don't you need a boat?
