Thank you Smackdaddy! We're thrilled that people around the world are enjoying our cruising life videos, and we really appreciate any feedback that gives us insight into how to improve on them. We're preparing to produce some really big voyage documentaries, interviews, boat tours and more coming up soon!

Happy sailing,

Drake and Monique

Re: Swan 48 Bella Luna tour and sailing adventure series

3 great videos!!!

Drake, I like your perspective, and I especially like hearing from Monique. While you have experience, you are not jaded. And, Monique is a first timer (all of us had our first time once ) and I can see her carefully checked enthusiasm/caution.

This makes a good intro, and makes open ocean sailing sound do-able. (now If I could only find a Swan 48...)

Thank you for taking us along!

Re: Swan 48 Bella Luna tour and sailing adventure series

Hi everyone,

I just posted Episode 4 of 'Sailing Swan 48 Bella Luna from Georgia to Tortola'

Swan 48 'Bella Luna' starts her 1,500 nautical mile voyage to Tortola with captain AJ Smith and crew Drake Roberts and Monique Davis aboard. While sailing at 10 knots with just a mainsail, they enter the Gulf stream.

I hope it's interesting and would love to hear what anyone thinks of the video.
I'd especially appreciate any comments or suggestions for making this or future videos more interesting, exciting, educational, or better in any way.

Thanks!

Happy sailing,

DrakeParagon

Great episode Drake! I noticed in the credits that Monique is selecting some of the music. Tell her she did a great job. I actually noticed how well things fit together during that sunset sequence. The editing, music, etc. is just getting better and better.

Keep it comin' brotha!

Thank you smackdaddy. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting more involved in the whole process, but definitely love the musical aspect best. I also have drake to thank for his wonderful placement...he really makes the musical accompaniment shine.

As always, thanks for the lovely comments and we look forward to posting more videos. <--- mainly because this means we've been going on more adventures! I can't wait!

Hi Smackdaddy, Thanks! Monique is awesome at choosing the best music! Many times I've chosen music that I thought was perfect, only to later be humbled when Mo found other music that fit the video 1000 times better. We really appreciate the feedback!
