megayachts in Saint Martin and cheap Chinese food

My girlfriend Monique and I recently got back from a week exploring the sailing mecca, Caribbean island of Saint Martin.

It's amazing how grand some of the 100+ foot sailing megayachts there are. Some are available for charter for as much as $125,000 'plus expenses' for a week... I walked down the dock at Palapa marina and filmed the sterns of a bunch of them if you'd like to take a peek.

video: Exploring Saint Martin

"Day 1 - Drake and Monique finish crewing aboard Swan 48 Bella Luna and begin a week long exploration of Saint Martin. In this first day, they walk down the main drag on the Dutch side, look at the mega yachts, and enjoy a delicious inexpensive dinner at a Chinese restaurant."

Is it just me, or is the video all white-out?

Hi Brian, thanks for the feedback. I slightly color adjusted some of the clips in software, but I'm learning about how to do it. Most of the clips were straight from the camera set to auto everything. It was pretty sunny there..

Great stuff Drake! Keep em coming. It's starting to get chilly up here in Ohio, so my wife and I are living vicariously through your videos. We love your enthusiasm, it looks like you are really enjoying your life. Wife says,"We want to be where you're at soon"!!!!
