starcresttoo is on a distinguished road
speed time and distace

I over estimated how far it was to the haulout marina where I am now.I thought it was 40 miles and at 5kts it should have taken 8hrs.Ileft at 0330hrs and averaged 5kts,thinking I would be there by around 1130 hrs or noon.I was at the destination by 1000hrs exactly.not that it mattered,at that slow speed I was able to take in all the sights of the ICW.At that hour of the AM it was flat calm, little or no wind and perfect motoring conditions.

crusing like a motorboat like that is lots of fun and I could spend the rest of my days doing that.so I will be at this place which is very reasonably priced for quite some time as I prepare this boat for deep sea ocean voyaging
