Dinghy Launch & Retrieval (Deck)

We have a hard dinghy stored upside-down on custom chocks on the foredeck. Before we re-invent the wheel (and do possible boat or human injury), does anyone have suggestions for launching and retrieving, including flipping the boat. Preferably using halyards and winches to do all the hard work and humans to do the guiding. We need to flip it and launch it or reverse the process, retrieve and flip. The dink has 4 inside attachment points to which a bridle can be attached. The real question is how to flip it easily without using muscle and keeping it under control on a possibly heaving deck.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
