Sea of Cortez

We'll be getting a late start for the migration south this year and want to spend some time in Mexico before crossing the pond, so we're thinking of hanging out for a year cruising the Sea of Cortez..
Has anyone spent a complete four seasons in the area......

Winter---Decently warm during the day, cool at night, except for when the 3 day northers that roll down out of the Rockies. Brrr. Water 68 to 76.

Spring---Like winter, but a bit warmer all the way around by a few degrees. Less northers.

Summer---Hot and hotterer. June=very nice. July and August=hot. Ocean will get up to 86, and more. September=hurricanes.


Fall---Perfect, no 'canes, weather still comfortably warm.

Fishing=always good............
