Ex-cruiser looking to boat sit
Hello, My wife and five year old son are just getting back from a three year cruise around the Atlantic. We came back to the Annapolis, Maryland area not only to sell the boat, but also to settle down here. We will enjoy living in an area where sailors are commonplace instead of an exception.
However, we have one minor glitch. The boat has a purchase offer, an excellent survey and the sale should be closed within two weeks. Also we have found a lovely little home that we have placed an offer on. If all goes well, the boat will sell and we will have a nice home to move to. Except, the boat will sell by May 9th, and the home will not be available until end of June.
So if any readers in the Annapolis area would like an exceptionally fastidious family to look after his/her boat for a few months, we are available. My husband is an official neat-nick. We would be putting the bulk of our goods into storage, bringing only the bare necessities to the boat. We are all handy with the scrub brush and hose to keep the boat in bristol condition.
