Brunswick GA to Abacos

Good Morning,
I am planning to sail from Brunswick GA to the Abacos Islands and maybe beyond this fall. Much of what is posted discusses leaving from points way North or South of Georgia. Has anyone done this trip, and if so, how did it go?
