Dear friends,
I''d like to rent a boat in July in Cuba.
Could anybody give me any suggestion about the weather.
I know the risk of hurricane is not high.
I''m afrid of rain.....

Most US folks, sail over to Cuba from the Dry Tortugas. - It is often a "beat", with lots of unlighted fishing boats to deal with when you get close to the island. (Last year, I left out of Key West)

If you are renting a boat in Cuba, The Hemingway Harbor is quite protected and should allow you the opportunity of only sailing on days when the winds and skies are most favorable.

What''s with this "afraid of rain stuff"?
Fear of water, ain''t much of a prerequisite - if''n you wanna be a sailor.

I would like yo have just good weather, because a friends of mine told me in july it''s often raining. I''m sailing after 20 years, I''m not afraid of rain I just don''t want to choose the wrong period.I''m renting a boat in Cienfuegos in order to go until Youth Island (Isla de la Juventud)and the way back (2 weeks in the 2nd half of July)
