cs 30 water heater

I recently found that when I use the hot water mode of the faucets in the head and galley, the water comes out somewhat brownish. Is this like my rusty water heater at home which required instant replacement or can it be cleaned? If so, how? If not, where can I order a new one?

You can order a new tank if the heat exchanger in the old one is rusted out. If it's a new phenomenon just run it for a long time and it might clear up. If it doesn't clear up get a new tank from any marine store. If you're in Canada check out Holland marine.
