New Cushions/Upholstery !
2 Attachment(s)
Just had our CS30 outfitted with new foam and upholstery from the vee to the quarter berth...
The difference is amazing, and I am extremely happy.

Abby at ISLAND CANVAS - Queens Quay, Toronto is the only person you need to call.
Service was top notch, the finished product installed without our having to be there, and it looks fantastic!

Next: Restriping the hull!!

The fabric is good for 120,000 rubs...
That's a lot of bum action!!!!

Re: Striping...

Gerard of "Sign This", (Hamilton, Ontario, Cda), has stripped off the old lines
and will be installing the new vinyl, plus graphics on the transom.
She'll look like a new boat!
Next year: dodger and bimini - both presently in good shape, but the dodger is so low that I have to duck down and back myself down the stairs to avoid clocking my head on the frame.
Previous owners must have been some short...

Island will be looking after us again, and we will change them out from pacific blue to navy blue to match the striping, (navy and yellow).
Ah, more B O A T dollars!!

Hi K,
The boat looks fantastic, can't wait to see it.
Nothing like new upholstery to improve the look and feel of the cabin.
I'm thinking of new stripes for next year.

Nah - it's low so the pilot can see OVER the dodger to see where he/she's going. Mine's the same way. :D

Re: New Cushions/Upholstery !
I'm 5'10", and my hubby is just shy of 6', so a slightly taller dodger will be ok for us.
Good thing there is 6' of headroom down below (in most places)!

Oaksail...we'll be in the yard this weekend, (but not sure which day) so if you're around...
Want to take out the cushions while we do work on the Penta,
have to replace some filters and the like... Diesel fumes can be absorbed by the foam, so I want to make sure that they are protected.
Plus, I want to scrub every inch of fiberglass down there, make sure it's mildew/mold free, and re oil the teak, so they can come back to the boat after we launch.
