your boat should have a shaft log external on hull. this neeeds removed and replaced with new cutlass inside it. have yet to do mine. i have a 41. they should be similar.
found one for fantasia, which has similar if not damnear exactly our set up....
we found one set screw at the six o'clock position , removed that and used a sawall blade to cut the bearing and pull it out . we tried other methods but that is what worked
We had ours done a week or so back. Of trivial interest it is actually called a Stave Bearing. Cutless (not Cutlass) is the trade name of a Stave Bearing made by a mob called Duramax. I know I know you really needed to have that tad of useless information in your knowledge bank now didn't you ? :laugh
