An online source says to use "same as engine oil" -- I use Delo 400 10W30.
I'm thinking a straight 30 weight engine oil is okay.
Thanks in advance.

SAE 20/30 HD is ' straight weight' SAE 20 or 30 .... not a multi-viscosity grade such as 10W30 etc.
... and YES (For essentially ALL Yanmars) the ID of the transmission lubricant is stamped/engraved ON the transmission plate and NOT what is listed in the 'service manual'.
