Long storage and oil change

I winterized our diesel for storage on land in June 2010 (including an oil change). The boat is going back in the water in a few weeks but the engine won't be used until next spring, say April 2012. The question is :

Should I change the oil again now or just leave it for the next 6 months?

Its a Mercedes-Benz OM 636, 1.8 litre, inline 4, 38HP.
Thanks

tommays will become famous soon enough
Changing the oil will not do anything IMHP the possable issues come form moist air that could come in contact with valve seats/valves/ piston rings and cylinder walls

If a dirty bottom slows you down what do you think it does to your boat

So do you suggest I run the engine as soon as I can and then once a month or so while we live aboard docked over the winter?

Running the engine every so often if you can is always a good idea. When in winter storage and winterized, I still like to engage the decompression levers and roll the engine over by hand a few turns about once every month or so.
