I wonder if you could replace the rusted-through lines with some small, flexible hydraulic line by carefully drilling/tapping just the heads of the banjo fittings and screwing in connectors. Even using small flexible copper and compression fittings, readily available at any good hardware store, would probably work. There's not a whole lot of oil pressure there (15#?). If those heads can be tapped out, you can probably do a pretty good fix. I have made those banjo washers from copper electrical straps in a pinch. They could really be made from any thin copper.
