Throttle up issue Yanmar 6CX(M)-ETC

New to forum. So HELLO!


Went fishing a month ago, no issues.

Twin engine single helm. Micro commander.

Both Start just fine, idle just fine. In neutral both engines rev up to 3k no issue.

Both engines engage forward and power up to 1k rpm's, then hit a wall. Go to full throttle and both engines puff black smoke and stay at 1k rpm's.

Verified controls are moving to full stop on both engines.

Changed both fuel filters and removed air intake filters. Still no power under load above 1k.

Any ideas?

Blocked mixing elbow.

First - clean the prop's and the bottom - then put a mast and sails on the boat because with engines like that it's not a sail boat.
