Isuzu C240 marinized engines

My boat has 2 1983 Isuzu C240 60hp forklift engines which have been converted to marine use. Does anybody out there have any experience with these engines? They are in a 52' catamaran. Each engine drives a hydraulic pump which in turn powers a hydraulic motor connected to the propeller shaft. The engines are +3k hours but still run fine. I've pulled one for overhaul. I'm looking for anybody who has any leads on marine water cooled exhaust manifold, injector pump with drive for sea water pump etc.
