Need a San Diego diesel mechanic recommendation

All,

I have a leaky fuel line on my Farymann A30 that needs immediate attention, and would also like some assistance with the water pump impeller and various other odds and sundry on the engine.

My boat's on a mooring ball.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I'd preferably like to work with someone out of an established shop, if possible. Haven't had too much luck with "guy off the street" mechanics in the past.

Ideas? Thanks in advance for any help!

Greg Coleman - Coleman Enterprise -,619-581-0183 tell Jim from Kona Kai referred you

Also Quality Marine-,Alfredo don't have his number handy but he's very good as well

Re: Need a San Diego diesel mechanic recommendation

Thanks, Poopdeckpappy. I'll give them a call.

Ya, I know the ball is a limiting factor. I'm happy to ferry and pay for those extra few minutes of time.

Anyone else have a recommendation on the off chance that Greg and Alfredo don't work out?

Thanks again, I appreciate it!

Re: Need a San Diego diesel mechanic recommendation

Ended up using Craig Coleman as Poopdeckpappy recommended. He was flexible, prompt, courteous, reasonable and reasonably priced, and fixed my leaky fuel line problem.

I'll probably use him again.
