Yanmar 3gm30f Fuel injection limiter

Has anyone experience with a leaking fuel injection limiter ? Is there a gasket that needs to be replaced ?

I don't think that red circle part is the fuel limiter. Its the hand crank shaft. Open the cap, ply out the oil seal with a flat blade screw driver and go buy a replacement. Probably a $2 fix.

Trantor.

I think you are right. Is the hand crack shaft for starting the engine manually ?

Yes. I've mod mine for hand crank. NEVER EVER got it to start by manual cranking. Took it off. Suggest you ply out the oil seal and take it to an auto shop to get a new one. If you got one that is a wee bit thicker but the OD and ID is same, it'll work too.
