dual racor selector valve

I installed dual racor 75500MAX2 and have forgotten how the selector valve works.

I have also misplaced the manual and cannot find one online.

Does anyone know what the three positions are for? Lever to the right, lever to the left, and lever vertical?

thanks,

It would seem that the valve is a "make before break" selector. Right filter, both, left filter.
