ferryman 10hp a-30 vibration dampner

i have a ferryman 10hp a-30 model engine that has a dampner on drive or propeller shaft.its shot.can anybody give me an idea of where i might find a replacement for it new or used?its kinda like a rubber u-joint to take vibration out of the shaft.any suggestions would be greatly apreciated,thnx.

that might be it,thanx,im told its like a u-joint that reduces vibration completely.again thank you.im not on the boat so i cant see it till monday,but mechanic said he couldnt do engine alignment after shaft pull and replacement and that that part was shot.
