Yanmar diesel white smoke

Yanmar 3GM30F I have white smoke coming out of my exhaust, only on load, Oil pressure good, temp good, no loss of coolant. Plenty of water out of exhaust. No smoke when at idle. I had some bad fuel but had it polished. changed filters three times. changed oil it looked good, no water. any ideas?

How long do you run the engine? Does it clear up or all the time?

DrB will become famous soon enough
Most likely dirty prop

Sounds like you have a dirty prop or bottom. When the motor is under load, it works to move the boat. When prop/bottom is dirty, the motor must work harder to move the boat, which puts a strain on the motor more so than a clean prop/bottom. Hence, you see more smoke.

Your smoke is probably a mix of steam and unburnt fuel. When was the last time when to prop/bottom was cleaned?
