owners manuals ??

recently purchased 36 Dufour Classic. No manuals available, on board
Current concern is winterizing eg. how to bleed the water heater? Looking for suggestions , how to aquire specific owners manuals ?where do you hang sling straps for haulout on the 36 which are not indicated on the hull? is the 36 bow heavy or stern heavy? Tried sending an e-mail to Dufour Yachts in France...no response.

Hi, I just buy a 30' Dufour Arpege (9,25 mts) and I dont't have the boat manual so I can't find all the features in the boat.
Did you find your manual ? can you help me find mine ?
