Solar Panel Bracket

I have 2 rail mounted solar panels on the 1 3/8" stainless top rail of my sailboat (port and starboard) which pivot left and right. I was wondering if anyone knows of a bracket that will allow pivoting the panels up and down on either end. .... thanks

Re: Solar Panel Bracket

Are you looking to improve your 'solar tracking' capabilities?

Perhaps something like this: Solar Panel Rail Mounting Kits - e Marine Systems

Or this: Solar Panel Mounting Systems - * * *Custom Marine Products
