Cable to buss size?

We have a 2000 watt charger\inverter.
On the negative side we have a 600 amp buss with 4\0 cables and then we have installed a 250 amp buss. We want to hook the 250 amp to the 600 amp buss. The cable length is about 2 foot.
Would a 2/0 cable be fine? Too small? Would it require another 4\0 cable?
The 250 amp will connect the anchor windless (max 85 amp draw) and at this time that is all.
The 250 amp will connect to a 130 amp buss for things like the bilge alarm, propane detector etc.
What size cable would we need from the 130 amp buss to the 250 amp buss?

Chip,

Yes, AWG 2/0 would be fine for the larger buss. It would yield less than a 1% voltage drop at full 250A load.

And, for the smaller buss, I'd use AWG 1/0. Again, less than a 1% voltage drop at the full 130A load.
