I would keep it simple and use the MS2000 as it is designed. It has a built-in transfer switch, as well as 100 amp charging with a built-in Echo Charge (10 amp) for a start or auxiliary battery. I can't be sure which one it is in the diagram, the noisy one or the 1500 watt one - the MS2000 is 2000 watts so is it the noisy one?

With a good controller the panels will not overcharge the batteries. The easy solution for the wind gen is a dual coil heater element, and as hello sailor says the only problem becomes scalding.

Shorepower in to the main panel and a breaker for output to MS2000 Inverter output to a sub-panel with the loads you want to run from it.

or

Shorepower to a main breaker and then to inverter. From inverter to main panel and be careful on the hook what you turn on so as not to overload it.

I prefer the first solution. Either way the MS2000 will take care of all your AC charging needs.

By the way, why is your 30 amp shorepower inlet going to a 40 amp breaker?

OR, as I've been suggesting in the earlier topic: shorepower to I/C to main breaker, everything else downstream in the AC panel.

Simple.

BENE

Relays contacts may eventually weld together. The inverter will lose in a contest with the electrical grid. Unless you used a break before make relay it will always be a race as to whether the N.C. opens before the N.O. closes. As others have warned you, lose the relays. Just use an AC Source Selector Switch that has a mechanical slide that prevents more than one AC source to be feeding your circuits at one time.

Lose the 1500 watt inverter that you plan on running with wind/solar dump power an AC water heating element. Replace the AC element with a 12V DC one. Lose the hot water AC circuit breaker and feed line. Replace trickle charger with a 30 or 40 amp charger.

The MS2000 sine wave inverter already has a 100 amp charger built-in - why not use it?
