After the bloody thing wouldn't crank for the race this morning, you might (embarrasingly) be right!! It's highly intermittent.

As I posted above, the negative lead is brand new - but the connection onto the earthing relay is mighty suspect - and very hard to see, let alone get at. I'll disconnect the whole bloody thing later in the week and have another go..

To do this properly, I'm going to need to put in washers either side of the multiple oversized crimp lugs connected to all and sundry.. Is stainless ok (I have plenty of those), or should I really get some zinc-plated steel ones?
