Yanmar KMG65E
For few years the Yanmar KMG65E is on the market, producing up to 6KwH, 230V 50Hz. Built between engine and gearbox/saildrive weighting only just above 20Kg.
Thinking to install the system on the next boat instead of genset. Will need 3Kw AC power for the compressor for dive bottles. Surely solar n wind for recharging the batteries n using DC equipment, but I will need AC power at remote anchorages as well.
Just wonder whether anybody has experience with the Yanmar KMG65E.
