Ray Marine sea talk cable problems

I have a GPS 125 antenna connected to a sea talk cable from a E120 chart plotter. I disconnected them when installing a hardtop and on reconnection I'm not getting a fix on the GPS. They are connected as they were with the red and green from the antennas together connected to the red of sea talk. The yellow to the yellow. And the brown and ground together from the antenna connected to the ground from the sea talk..
What are the voltage readings supposed to be on the red from the sea talk, while the E120 is on

Thanks Doug

The red seatalk wire is +12v dc. Do you get a flashing green light on the gps unit?
