Sounds like you have either a foulty wiring (possibly data wire in short with either ground or 12V, bent/snag cables), or a faulty SeaTalk interface (less likely). Chuck power cables on instruments are at same leve MFD, for a sure common ground. If inst. are powered like your 125, then its very probab;e your data wire is in short or disconnected. Try removing MFD, 125, etc and see if things works (you can check inst. communication using the common "light level" feature on STs). Hopefuly it will be seamless to you ....
