Sonar Radio Corp: Model D-1020

Hi. Anyone have any information about this old sonar device? (on a boat I just bought). The transducer has an "RCA" style plug and I think it is a thru-hull. Would like to just replace the sonar unit but not sure if this kind of transducer is compatible or worth re-using with a new sonar.
