Old Garmin USB cable

Hi,

I am doing an experiment to see if I can use my old GPS IIP as a GPS receiver with software sush as OpenCPN.

Does anyone have an old Garmin GPS cable such as the one in the attached picture, lying around? I want to test the OpenCPN before I go ahead and buy a new GPS puck type receiver.

I am willing to pay a reasonable price. Please pm me if you do.

Thanks.

Thanks Marc. I could hardwire it to a USB cable, however I don't have the round connector...

I use AA batteries. If I use rechargeable ones I would charge them separately.

Thanks let me know if you do have one. Cheers.
