Best WiFi adapter for the Buck

i wish to purchase an external wifi adapter. It should have an Ethernet connection and an omni-directional antenna (included or accessory). Thanks
Pete

We just received our Ubiquiti Bullet 2HP kit today and had it setup and connected to internet within the hour. Works great. We bought ours as a kit from Marine PC's & WiFi by IslandTime PC for $239. One could save some money by purchasing the components separately, but we were in a hurry to get up and running.

Arrived Bahamas this morning after an uneventful crossing from Ft Lauderdale and would you believe the Bullet found an open AP and hooked right up. We thought it's usefulness would be limited to the USA.

We raise it up on a halyard used for the radar reflector on the first spreader with Ethernet cable passing through a hatch. It's a portable setup designed for use at anchor only. Someday we might deploy it permanently so no setup is involved.
