Nexus vs TackTick for Wireless

Looking for a good yet affordable wireless system...Any reasons for or against the Nexus or TackTick? I know Raymarine just bought TacTick so do you think it will just be absorbed into their line as a wireless series? Currently it looks like its TackTick hardware completely. Or maybe they will use the wireless technology in their instrument line?
