Hydraulic Pump

I need to replace an autopilot 12 volt hydraulic pump that drives a ram. The
pump has a 12 volt bypass valve on it. I have been surfing the web and I have only found one pump from Octopus. There are many pumps out there that will work for boats that already have hydraulic steering but for sailboats with mechanical streeing that was the only one I could find because of the bypass valve requirement. The original manufacture B&G no longer supplies the pump. If anyone has a suggestion please post.

gingram, no specifics but you might try a local construction equipment company, or someplace that rents power lifts and other hydraulic equipment. They're often used on/with 12-volt vehicles and the rental places usually have their own service/repair departments to keep 'em up and running. Or at least, they can refer you to a local source.
