Raymarine RLC70 Zoom

My RLC70 will not zoom to any chart magnification less than 1/2 mile. At 1/4 mile it dos[lays part of the map, below that nothing. I also have a B&W RL70 on the same network and it works fine. I have replaced the CMAP cartridge and it didn't make any difference. Any help out there?

I had the same problem on an RL70 in the past and it went away after turning off plotter mode.

Re: Raymarine RLC70 Zoom

Hi GNU -- Yes, thanks very much. Turning off Plotter Mode fixed it. I found out with some digging (and help from Raymarine) that plotter mode is there apparently so one can go to higher zooms when there is no CMAP cartridge installed. Thanks again. Jack
