PLB. ACR or McMurdo?

There seems to be about a dozen ACR and McMurdo personal locator beacon models. Anyone have any thoughtful opinions on which one to choose?

Just using it for safety sake on coastal sailing out of LA Harbor between Catalina Island, Ensenada Mexico to Ventura.

ACR ELECTRONICS AquaLink® View Personal Locator Beacon at West Marine

I have this one and an ACR Epirb. Both have been flawless and have self test features. I have been lucky and never have had to use. When helping deliver others boats or singlehanding PLB always attached to PFD

The ACR Aqualinks float. The Resqlinks don't. I'm not familiar with McMurdo, but check this out:
