Pactor modem

My boat came with a icom 700 pro and a PTC-IIe Modem. I got my general ham license but I have no idea how to use the modem-for email or weather fax. Is there a Modem for dummies out there?

Google SCS pactor 2e and you can down load the owners manual.

I can help.

Send me a PM with an e-mail address and we'll hook up. I'm in Annapolis.
