If you don't visit the main board but....

...are an Endeavour owner I recently posted two threads over there with mods to our Endeavour 37.

One was about....

....the build and install of a new fridge for the boat and that link is here.....

Fridge Build and Install...

The other is about adding ....

.....480 watts of solar panels to the boat and that link is here....

480 Watts of Solar for the Endeavour...

How about some of you Endeavour owners posting some mods and stuff? We have a lot more that we have done if you follow the link below.

c ya,

Sumner and Ruth

Very nice work, Sum....480 watts of solar is incredible! What material did you use for the brackets and supports?

All of the ...

...main framework ....and...

...the brackets that were made.....and ...

...the uprights are 6061 aluminum from onlinemetals.

The aluminum is going to change from shiny to not so shiny over time. It could be buffed back out, but we are more functional than 'pretty' .

We are kind of on the same track as ...

....the Wind Horse in looks and application of bare aluminum (nowhere near the same boat thought) ....

DashewOffshore.com - the serious cruising sailor's website

...where they have accepted the gray look.

The frame, brackets and uprights could of been constructed/made using SS, but we are already putting money into this boat we will never get back out and since we are both hovering around 70 we probably won't have her for years, but then again we looked at an Endeavour for sale at Marathon where the owner was in his 90's and taking the boat up the east coast one more time as soon as his son showed up.

The boat is on the other side of the state from you off of Charlotte Harbor. If you ever get over that way let us know and maybe we can meet,

Sum

I like the way your support frame turned out, at least from what the pictures show. In my opinion a structural support like when it isn't a high-shine focal point on the boat. Looks like nice craftsmanship in the way you put it all together.

Thanks for the offer for the visit....and likewise if you guys are ever up in my area let me know. Would love to hear more about your travels.
