Looking at 1982 Ericson 36, Ron Holland design. Costal cruising, shorthanded. Any comments?

Yes, a good sailboat. Unfortunately mine was damaged in a recent storm and I am not going to be able to repair it, so am parting it out. Newly Awlgripped mast and boom, low hour Yanmar 3GM30FW,(never underwater), just about everything else, except 32 square feet of the cabin top. Let me know what you want and I will send pix, the you make an offer.

I own a 1981 Ericson 36RH - sails beautiful - lines are great - get compliments/questions from everyone - no one knows what she is.
