1988 E32-200 for half price of survey

June survey says current value $44k replacement $125k. Will sell for $22k. Long story, wife took up golf as she did not like sailing. Anyway, rebuilt Universal diesel, new instruments including wind, bimini, UK flasher, new bottom job, sails 5 years old but in good shape, BBQ, anchor, PFDs, ...will throw in GPS, handheld wind meter, etc. Have owned for 8 years but my heart is not in it anymore. Wow, that's a great deal. I'm trying to sell my 1972 E-32 for the same price. Guess I need to reduce my price. :-(
