Need Steering Parts

Hi,

I need a quadrant and a wheel for my 1972 Ericson 32-2 Sailboat. If you have one you're willing to sell, please let me know.

Thanks,

Rick Andrews

Did you ever get an answer? I need a Yacht Specialties steering sprocket for my E-27.

Brass, 2" hub (total length), 11 teeth, #50 standard chain, 1 1/8" bore, 1/4" keyway, 7/32" drive pin hole.

Nope, not a thing.

I sure wish we had the old forum that was based on email. We had a lot more conversation then and a lot more people active in the discussions. If I had posted this question on the old forum, I would have had 5 replies in the first day.

I think the new owners of SailNet are just trying to force us to go to their website every time we want to send a message and that's killing the sailing community who used to partiicipate in the threads by just reading and responding to their emails. I guess greed won out over customer satisfaction.

Have you been to the Ericson site yet? They seem to have a lot of participating members. EricsonYachts.org: The Starting Point on Ericson Yachts!

Thanks for the tip. That is a much better forum with lots of activity. Kind of reminds me how it used to be on Sailnet.
