Is the price right for a 73 35Mk2

I am thinking of buying a 1973 E35 that has a cracked prop shaft but other than that only really neads lots of cosmetic work done. They are asking 11,000 for the boat. Prop shaft work will cost $1500. TLC about $3000.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

i am trying to sell a 1979 same but with soft headliner and teak interior---the later ones werent of the molded plastic interior---and the going rate for the molded interior version seems to be 10k without damage--if you have to pay that much for repairs, try offering 7-8k instead of the 11lk asking price----the ones like mine without upgrades seem to be selling for around 12k.....
